WINDHOEK, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – Voters at the Wanaheda Police Station polling station in Windhoek’s Samora Machel Constituency on Wednesday experienced a slight delay as inmates were prioritised during voting.
Polling stations all over the country opened at 07h00 on Wednesday, but voters queueing up outside the police station only started voting at 07h50.
