OUTAPI, 27 NOV (NAMPA) - Voting in the Omusati Region capital of Outapi started in earnest on Wednesday, with winding lines being observed around town.
Regional Governor Erginus Endjala was one of the first people to cast their votes at the Ombalantu Traditional Authority offices.
Speaking to the media after casting his vote, Endjala called on the inhabitants of Omusati Region head to the polls in big numbers and vote.
