WINDHOEK, 27 NOV (NAMPA) - The Presidential and National Assembly Elections have officially started, with eligible voters queueing up at polling stations all over the country to cast their votes.
Over 1.3 million people have registered to cast their ballots across the 121 constituencies countrywide.
