Oshana Region ready for elections: Electoral officer

OSHAKATI, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) Oshana Regional Electoral Officer, Amon-Oiva Haimbangu, has confirmed that the region is prepared for the Presidential and National Elections scheduled for Wednesday.
Haimbangu told Nampa in an interview on Tuesday they have deployed teams to all 11 constituencies.
The first teams were deployed on Monday to the Uuvudhiya, Ompundja, Uukwiyu-ushona and Okatyali constituencies.
