Hardap rural communities see elections as gateway to development

MARIENTAL, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – With the Presidential and National Assembly elections looming, residents of rural areas such as Hoachanas and Stampriet in the Hardap Region are left wondering if the promises of political campaigns will finally translate into tangible change for their communities.
These villages, entrenched in poverty, unemployment and a lack of basic services, have become frustrated with the status quo.
