WINDHOEK, 25 NOV (NAMPA) - Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) president McHenry Venaani promised that if elected as president of Namibia, his government would only consist of 15 ministers and four deputy ministers.
Venaani at his party’s final star rally in Windhoek on Sunday stressed that having a vice president and different ministerial portfolios such as prime minister, and deputy prime minister is a waste of taxpayers’ money.
