OSHAKATI, 25 NOV (NAMPA) - The leader of the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC), Panduleni Itula, said on Sunday that the 2024 general elections present an opportunity to vote for change.
The IPC presidential candidate at the party’s rally in Oshakati appealed to young voters to cast their votes for him and his party on Wednesday.
