KATIMA MULILO, 25 NOV (NAMPA) – Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) Zambezi Regional Chairperson, Elvis Lizazi says voter sensitisation efforts via street drive-throughs in all eight constituencies of the region are the last “throw of the dice” for his party before 27 November.
