WINDHOEK, 23 NOV (NAMPA) – Commissioner Emmerentia Leonard of the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has urged international observers for the upcoming general elections, to also explore Namibia.
The ECN accredited 453 international individuals to observe the 2024 Presidential and National Assembly elections set for 27 November 2024.
