MARIENTAL, 22 NOV (NAMPA) – The Swapo Party is gaining momentum in the Hardap Region ahead of the 27 November 2024 elections, with the special voting signalling a shift from LPM dominance, Swapo Party Youth League central committee member Kleopas Nekundi has said.
