OPUWO, 21 NOV (NAMPA) - With just five days to go before the elections, the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) in the Kunene Region has been able to secure about 140 vehicles, leaving a shortfall of 200 vehicles.
Namibians will vote next Wednesday to elect members of the National Assembly and the president who will lead the country for the next four years, with ECN saying it is fully prepared to conduct free and fair elections.
