SADC launches Election Observation Mission for Namibia

WINDHOEK, 20 NOV (NAMPA) – The SADC Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) was officially launched on Wednesday in the capital, ahead of the Presidential and National Assembly elections scheduled for 27 November.
