Shifeta calls for financial support to address climate change impacts

WINDHOEK, 18 NOV (NAMPA) – Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT), Pohamba Shifeta on Monday called for urgent action and fair financial support from developed nations to address climate change impacts.
Shifeta, who addressed a High-Level Ministerial Roundtable on Pre-2030 Ambition, said Namibia faces severe challenges due to floods, droughts, and its dependence on natural resources.
