OTJIWARONGO, 18 NOV (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) on Monday started with the reprinting and issuing of voter card duplicates in all seven constituencies of the Otjozondjupa Region.
The constituencies are Tsumkwe, Grootfontein, Otavi, Okakarara, Okahandja, Omatako and Otjiwarongo.
