OPUWO, 15 NOV (NAMPA) – The Opuwo Town Council has unveiled a five-year strategic plan (2024-2029) designed to establish the town as a key regional development centre.
This plan aligns with its vision for a “vibrant future, leveraging technology to promote economic growth and drive socioeconomic transformation.”
