OPUWO, 15 NOV (NAMPA) - Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety, and Security, Dr Albert Kawana inaugurated the Namibian Correctional Service facility at Okaoko-Otavi in the Opuwo Rural Constituency on Thursday.
The inauguration marked the completion of phase one of the project, which includes temporary structures designed to provide secure detention and facilitate the initial rehabilitation of offenders in the area.
