WINDHOEK, 15 NOV (NAMPA) – The Erongo Region recorded the highest voter turnout in Wednesday’s special election with 2 542 voters, the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN), Elsie Nghikembua, has announced.
