Toddler dies in accident at Onkumbula village

TSUMEB, 15 NOV (NAMPA) – A one-year-old girl allegedly died at Onkumbula village in the Oshikoto Region on Thursday when a vehicle rolled backward and struck her.
The accident occurred around 22h00, according to the Namibian Police Force’s crime investigations coordinator for Oshikoto, Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo.
The deceased, identified as Rebbekka Haunawa, was seated next to her mother when the accident occurred.
