WINDHOEK, 14 NOV (NAMPA) – Cabinet at its decision-making meeting on Tuesday approved the Implementation Agreement with Angola for the development, construction, and operation of the Baynes Hydropower Project.
Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus on Thursday at the Government Information Centre said the Minister of Mines and Energy has been authorised to sign the agreement on behalf of the Government of Namibia.
