GOBABIS, 13 NOV (NAMPA) – The Omaheke Regional Council will for the first time award its best athletes in various sports codes at an event in Gobabis on Saturday.
Wenzel Kavaka, the vice chairperson of the Omaheke Regional Sports Awards organising committee, told Nampa the event is aimed at celebrating the dedication, hard work, and accomplishments of athletes, coaches, and sport leaders within the region.
