WINDHOEK, 13 NOV (NAMPA) - Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) Chairperson, Elsie Nghikembua, has appealed for peace and calm during and after the elections.
Nghikembua made the call on Wednesday during a media briefing at the ECN headquarters regarding the ongoing special voting exercise and the Presidential and National Assembly elections slated for 27 November 2024.
