OTJIWARONGO, 13 NOV (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) polling station at Otjiwarongo on Wednesday afternoon ran out of ballot papers during special voting for the 2024 Presidential and National Assembly elections.
The voting, which started at 07h00 on Wednesday countrywide, is held for seagoers, diplomatic officials and members of the country’s security cluster who will be on duty on the national voting day, 27 November 2024....
