OMUTHIYA, 13 NOV (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN)’s Oshikoto regional electoral officer, Ester Hipangelwa has indicated that the names of some men and women in uniform in the region were omitted from lists submitted by their management for special voting.
