NDF chief says polling stations insufficient for special voting

WINDHOEK, 13 NOV (NAMPA) – The Chief of the Namibian Defence Force (NDF), Air Marshal Martin Pinehas has expressed concern over the limited number of polling stations allocated for special voting by the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN).
Pinehas, who on Wednesday voted at one of only two polling stations in Windhoek, told Nampa there should have been more stations due to the large number of uniformed personnel.
