KEETMANSHOOP, 13 NOV (NAMPA) – Special voting in the ||Kharas Region started at 07h00 on Wednesday with no hiccups, the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) Electoral Officer for the region, Jejamaije Mujoro, has said.
