Special voting exercise kicks off smoothly in Kunene

OPUWO, 13 NOV (NAMPA) - Early strong voter turnout was observed in Opuwo, as the special voting exercise began at the three polling stations in the Kunene Region on Wednesday.
The voting process started at 07h00 and will run until 21h00 countrywide and is designed to accommodate the security cluster who will be on duty during the ordinary national elections on 27 November, seagoing personnel, as well as Namibians in the diaspora.
