OTJIWARONGO, 13 NOV (NAMPA) - Special voting in the Presidential and National Assembly elections for the members of the Namibian Police Force, Namibian Defence Force and correctional officials in the Otjozondjupa Region commenced smoothly in the Otjiwarongo, Okahandja and Grootfontein constituencies on Wednesday.
