OTJIWARONGO, 12 NOV (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) on Tuesday deployed three teams tasked to facilitate the special voting in the Grootfontein, Otjiwarongo and Omatako constituencies on Wednesday.
