WINDHOEK, 11 NOV (NAMPA) – The Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN), Elsie Nghikembua, stated that the commission is ready to conduct the 2024 general elections, beginning with the special voting on Wednesday.
Nghikembua announced on Monday that everything was set for special voting both inside Namibia and at its 35 diplomatic missions abroad.
