OMUTHIYA, 10 NOV (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) on Sunday commenced with the General Registration of Voters (GRV) in the Guinas Constituency of the Oshikoto Region, following the death of constituency councillor Elias Marthinu on 21 October 2024.
Regional Electoral Officer Ester Hipangelwa told Nampa the GRV will take place at various registration points for all eligible voters in the constituency until Tuesday (12 November)....
