Boy allegedly drowns in earth dam in Oshikoto

OMUTHIYA, 07 NOV (NAMPA) – A 12-year-old boy reportedly drowned in an earth dam at Oniihwa village in the Onayena constituency of the Oshikoto Region on Wednesday.
According to the Namibian Police Force (NamPol) Oshikoto’s crime investigation coordinator Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo, the incident occurred around 17h00 and the deceased was identified as Paulus Paulus, a learner at Elombe Combined School.
