TSUMEB, 06 NOV (NAMPA) – The acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Tsumeb Municipality, Frans Enkali has refuted various allegations levelled against the council in a petition by over 90 community members on Tuesday.
The community members in their petition, which was received at the municipality by Deputy Mayor Anmire Garises, accused the council of unfair land allocation, tribalism and mismanagement, amongst others.
