WINDHOEK, 06 NOV (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) on Wednesday commenced with a two-day training for returning officers, IT officials, verifiers and auditors of election results.
Chief Electoral and Referanda Officer, Peter Shaama said it is imperative for these officials to be equipped with the necessary knowledge to manage election results.
