OSHAKATI, 05 NOV (NAMPA) - The police in the Omusati Region have arrested a 25-year-old man who allegedly raped his 14-year-old sister at Omukondobolo village in the Etayi Constituency.
The Namibian Police Force’s Omusati Regional Commander, Commissioner Ismael Basson, said the incident occurred Sunday night.
