OMUTHIYA, 29 OCT (NAMPA) - Ondonga Traditional Authority (OTA) chairperson, John Walenga has said traditional leaders from the Ondonga kingdom are not allowed to wear party colours or spearhead any political party activities, as they serve everyone.
