RUNDU, 28 OCT (NAMPA) – The Rundu Urban Constituency’s population is higher than the remaining constituencies in the Kavango East Region combined, which means basic commodities such as electricity, and water are under pressure.
This is according to Works and Transport Minister John Mutorwa, who made the statement during the official launch of the Northern Regional Electricity Distributor’s (NORED) Turnaround Strategy Plan at Rundu on Monday.
