KATIMA MULILO, 26 October 2024 – Three lawful owners of the livestock that were stolen from neighbouring Zambia to Namibia. They were officially handed over to them on Friday afternoon at the Luhonono Police Station, located some 70 kilomters east of the Zambezi region. The owners are Akakulubelwa Mubiana, Vincent Lubasi and Mukela Milomo. (Contributed).
