OMUTHIYA, 28 OCT (NAMPA) – The Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) presidential candidate, McHenry Venaani has promised residents of the Oshikoto Region that he will install water pipes in every household if elected to power.
Venaani, making the promise during the Oshikoto star rally held in Omuthiya on Sunday, said his government will make sure that it prioritises water issues.
