OSHAKATI, 28 OCT (NAMPA) – A 65-year-old man was arrested after he was allegedly caught with containers of diesel at Ondjondjo village on the Okatana-Endola main road.
Chief Inspector Thomas Aiyambo of the Namibian Police Force Community Policing Sub-division said the suspect was arrested around 23h55 on Saturday.
