WINDHOEK, 22 OCT (NAMPA) - Deputy Prime Minister John Mutorwa said on Tuesday that Namibia continues to undertake reforms aimed at strengthening the disaster risk framework, including early warning systems.
He said this in a statement during the opening address at the ninth Session of the Africa Regional Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction, which is being held in Windhoek.
