OMUTHIYA, 21 OCT (NAMPA) - The regional councillor of the Guinas Constituency in the Oshikoto Region, Elias ‘Barney’ Marthinu, passed away in hospital at Tsumeb on Monday.
Marthinu was 51.
His passing was confirmed by Oshikoto Governor Penda Ya Ndakolo, who said Marthinu was a trusted member of the Oshikoto Regional Council.
