WINDHOEK, 20 OCT (NAMPA) - Swapo Party parliamentary candidate, Elijah Ngurare, said on Saturday that the next five years must focus on performance and service delivery.
“Swapo Party can and must deliver, and all of us must support our presidential candidate to deliver on this noble undertaking,” Ngurare said during a rally in Windhoek's Samora Machel district.
