OTJIWARONGO, 18 OCT (NAMPA) - A 50-year-old man was allegedly stabbed three times in the stomach at Okamatapati Thursday night, but refused to open a case against his attacker.
Namibian Police Force (NamPol) Detective Chief Inspector in the Otjozondjupa Region Timotheus Gabriel, who is leading the investigations into the matter, told Nampa the 44-year-old man who attacked the victim has not been arrested as no case was opened against him.
