OMUTHIYA, 17 OCT (NAMPA) - The Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform has set aside N.dollars 44 million for the upcoming dryland cropping season, ministry spokesperson Simon Nghipandulwa has said.
Nghipandulwa in an interview with Nampa on Thursday said the funds will be used for services such as the procurement of diesel and lubricants, subsidies for ploughing services and tractors, and payment of temporary workers.
