WINDHOEK, 16 OCT (NAMPA) – The decision by the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) to select a service provider for printing ballot papers for the upcoming general elections undermines the Namibian electoral process.
This is according to leaders of the political parties that are going to contest the Presidential and National Assembly on 27 November 2024.
