Issuing of duplicate voter cards to start in November

OMUTHIYA, 15 OCT (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has announced that the issuing of duplicate voter cards for the upcoming presidential and national assembly elections will take place from 18 November 2024 to 26 November 2024.
