WINDHOEK, 15 OCT (NAMPA) - Bank of Namibia (BoN) spokesperson Kazembire Zemburuka has said that the late Tito Mboweni, the first black governor of the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), helped ordinary Namibians by successfully containing inflation through the pegging of the Namibian dollar to the South African rand when he took office in 1999.
