Shikongo urges police officers to prioritise cold cases

WINDHOEK, 15 OCT (NAMPA) – The Inspector General of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol), Lieutenant General Joseph Shikongo, has urged senior officers to focus on ‘cold cases.’
Shikongo was speaking during the official opening of the senior criminal investigation directorate conference at the police headquarters in Windhoek on Monday.
