WINDHOEK, 14 OCT (NAMPA) - The police at Swakopmund are investigating the discovery of a foetus in a skip bin in the Tamariskia residential area on Saturday.
A weekend crime report issued by the Namibian Police Force (NamPol) on Sunday indicated that the foetus, thought to be between seven and eight months old, was found around 08h00 by a man who was searching for scrap metal.
