KEETMANSHOOP, 12 OCT (NAMPA) – Vice President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Friday inaugurated the ||Kharas regional civic affairs office of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security at Keetmanshoop.
